Adequate But Underwhelming Stay
worn roomlimited minibar
My experience had some issues. The room was worn, with noticeable scuffs on the walls. The minibar was sparsely stocked, just having a couple of soft drinks. These details diminished the overall impression. I expected better attention to detail.

the location is close to the plaza de españa. there are metro entrances nearby. the staff was polite and answered questions.
The bathroom lacked cleanliness. i see cigarette ash on the window sill. the complimentary tea and coffee was not replenished. I had to go to reception.

the plaza españa metro station is very close. the room included superb amenities. wifi was very good in the room, i noticed!!!
the gym was a bit small, i think.
